Senior Advocate
M.R.C. Ravi is designated as a “Senior Advocate” by the High Court of Karnataka. He joined the Karnataka Bar Council in 1979 and has over 46 years of experience in the field of consultancy and advocacy. He is also a Senior Partner in our sister firm ILPM Consultants, which is a leading industrial and corporate law firm providing advisory services, which started its operations in 1970. His unique approach of using law to prevent litigation and future disputes makes him stand out from others. He uses the law as a tool of dispute management, rather than to litigate. Ravi has participated in over 1000 mediations and conciliations throughout his long career. Ravi also renders advisory services and represents managements before statutory authorities, trial courts, tribunals, the Supreme Court and the Karnataka High Court.

Sunita Srinivas

Sunita Srinivas enrolled at the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in 1991 and is also a partner in ILPM Consultants, with 33 years in the legal profession. She had her early grooming in Chennai at King & Partridge before joining the Bar Council of Karnataka in 1995. Sunita’s expertise extends to the legal aspects of international trade. She is a commercial disputes lawyer with expertise in Company Law, insolvency, shipping, employment, arbitration, and contract disputes. Sunita works at a quick pace and is particularly successful at getting her clients relief from the courts, especially through well-designed applications for interim orders and injunctions. On the advisory side, Sunita is an expert in legal metrology and laws relating to products. Her clients range from luxury brands and cosmetics manufacturers to key players in the Indian automobile industry, education, and healthcare sector. Sunita has been a speaker at international conferences on e-commerce practices including at Brussels, Belgium. She advises clients in the information technology sector and was part of the organizing committee of the Union International Des Advocates. Sunita is also Chairman of the Ethics Committee for organ donation at a reputed hospital.

Pavan Srinivas

Pavan Srinivas, is a dual-qualified lawyer (India and UK), who brings in expertise international arbitration, commercial litigation, and intellectual property rights. Having worked in Allen & Overy (a magic circle firm in London), Pavan has expertise advising on disputes in Banking and Finance, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and the aviation/shipping industry. At a young age, Pavan has had exposure to a variety of subject matters, having appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Madras, Delhi and Karnataka High Courts, the NCLT, various commercial courts and several district courts across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in matters of general and commercial importance. He has experience in handling property disputes, contract disputes, and arbitration disputes involving a variety of subject matters. Pavan also holds an LLM degree in international law from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Pavan has won four Gold Medals including for Banking and Property laws.
